Tracy articulates it in a way that is not too scientifically overwhelming, easy to understand and implement, but with enough detail to know and trust that she has done the research and I am in good hands with her advice. This course is comprehensive in all aspects of perimenopause and menopause, and is a must-do for all women, including young women. I came across Tracy's course mid way through my menopause journey. I wished there was a course created like this one before. I was not aware at all the impact of hormonal changes on my body, brain and well being. It came to a point that I started researching if I had an Alzheimers disease in the family. I visited a GP, had a full check up due to my foggy brain, I visited a gastroentrologist due to my bloated tummy. Both doctors were woman around mid 40's, strangely none of them mentioned any word about hormonal changes. I found this course very well structured, informative, easy to understand and totally motivating, encouraging women to make adjustment in their lifestyles.
