About Tracy

Tracy Minnoch-Nuku (B.Ph.Ed - Otago, NZ and MBA, Vic, Melb.)​ has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a fitness professional and business owner.

​

As the co-founder of Fire Fitness and the director of Les Mills (APAC), Tracy has first hand experience of managing her perimenopause symptoms, whilst leading teams and running businesses.

​

To gain deeper insights and evidence-based information on menopause, Tracy started the Sexy Ageing podcast, wrote "My Menopause Memoir", developed an online education course, and launched the Sexy Ageing App to support women with their health in midlife and menopause. 

​

Tracy conducts menopause workshops to help companies understand the needs of their employees and how to better support them. â€‹â€‹
